THE BIG EVENT WAS A RESOUNDING SUCCESS: MORE THAN 150 VESPISTI FROM SIX COUNTRIES – ARGENTINA, PARAGUAY, CHILE, URUGUAY, MEXICO AND BRAZIL – AND FROM 20 CITIES, TRAVELLING MORE THAN 300 KILOMETRES TOGETHER. A GREAT ADVENTURE IN TOTAL FREEDOM, ON THE MUCH-LOVED TWO-WHEELER
October 2024 (G.T.) – A great adventure of freedom and friendship, of journeys and encounters, with enthusiasts from different countries (Argentina, Paraguay, Chile, Uruguay, Mexico and Brazil) and different generations, united by their shared love for Vespa. The first edition of the “El Paso Vespa” event as part of the “XXII Encuentro Nacional e Internacional de Clubes Vespa” was held in Formosa (Argentina) and Asunción (Paraguay) from 11 to 13 October 2024, and proved to be a great success.
Organised by the Vespa Club Formosa, with the support of institutions and sponsors.

Salvador Mateo Ruiz from the Vespa Club Rosario (who took part along with president Gabriel Bricco and a host of other Rosario Vespisti) commented: “It was a fantastic event, full of joy. The Vespa Clubs of Argentina, Mexico, Paraguay, Uruguay and Chile all took part in the XXII Encuentro. And with particular regard to the Argentinian clubs, the following Vespa Clubs were in attendance: Formosa (which organised El Paso Vespa with great commitment and enthusiasm), Mar del Plata, Buenos Aires, Bahia Blanca, La Plata, Córdoba, Mendoza, Arrecife, San Juan and Rosario.” He adds: “The XXIII Encuentro Nacional e Internacional de Vespa Club will be held in November 2025, hosted by the Vespa Club Córdoba!”.
