November 2023 (G.T.) – It's Spring in Argentina, and the season of rallies uniting Vespa enthusiasts has got off to a great start, with renewed passion and excitement. This was reflected in the enormous success of the “XXI ENCUENTRO DE VESPA CLUBES” (XXI MEETING OF VESPA CLUBS), which took place in Rosario from 10 to 12 November 2023, organised by the Rosario Vespa Club (President Gabriel Ricco, Vice president Salvador Mateo Ruiz), in collaboration with the national Vespa Club Argentina (President Matías Esposito, Vice president Daniel Tormey) under the auspices of the Vespa World Club, and prestigious partnerships such as the Consulate General of Italy.
Like every edition, the programme for the three days was full of exciting events, attracting Vespa fans from all over Argentina (participating Vespa Clubs: Rosario, Buenos Aires, Cordoba, La Plata, Mar del Plata, Bahía Blanca, San Juan, Mendoza e Formosa) and nearby countries, including Ecuador, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay.

Some of the most notable places visited as part of the "21st Encuentro Nacional e Internacional de Vespa Clubes" were the Consulate General of Italy in Rosario, the Museo de la Ciudad, the Monumento Nacional a la Bandera (National Flag Memorial), and Motoplex Sport Adventure, official Vespa dealer in Rosario and patron of the rally, which provided its support in organising the event, offering gadgets, T-shirts, caps and other give-aways to those who registered.
Sport Adventure was one of the stops on the second day of events, which saw the Vespa enthusiasts gather with special guest Marco Bocchi, Consul General of Italy in Rosario and his wife (in the photo above, with the red Vespa provided by Sport Adventure), who jumped at the chance to go for a ride.
Rosario saw three intense days brimming with events, beginning with the evening entitled "Vespa in the Consulate!" on the 10th of November, in the prestigious headquarters of the Consulate General of Italy.

The elegant rooms of the Consulate were further enhanced by the Vespa models on display, in an exhibition curated by Sport Adventure. The “Vespa in the Consulate!” event was widely appreciated, serving as a tribute to Vespa, a symbol of Italian excellence in the world, as Consul General Marco Bocchi commented.

The next day, the fun continued with the grand parade of Vespas from all eras, which saw more than 210 participants, crossing this important Argentine city. This was followed by a number of convivial occasions with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, bringing together at least three generations of Vespa fans.

In this article, we told the story of the big Vespa event in pictures, the most important gathering of Vespa fans of the year in Argentina; of particular note are the videos by Motoplex Sport Adventure, posted on its Instagram channel, and those sent by the Rosario Vespa Club.
Finally, everyone appreciated the hard work and care shown in every detail by the organisers from the Rosario Vespa Club, the Sport Adventure dealer and the Consulate staff, who contributed to the success of this event, dedicated to the passion for the iconic Vespa. A special mention also from the Cosejo Municipal de Rosario (Municipal Council, Councillor Mónica Ferrero), highlighting the contribution to culture and integration that this event represents.
